Kellog’s new campaign features useless robots

Kellog’s latest Amazing Creations campaign features Simone Giertz, a YouTube personality who’s made a name for herself building ‘useless machines’ — needlessly complicated mechanical devices that aim to make your life easier, but hilariously fall short in the process.

Working with JWT Sydney, Kellog’s flew Giertz in from San Francisco to design a bunch of machines that would feature in breakfast cereal related content. Two TVCs will feature on free-to-air and pay TV from this week, alongside social videos, a single longform and recipes.

More than just some funky machines, the spots aim to showcase Kellog’s Crunchy Nut and Froot Loops products mixed with other ingredients, to create a delicious and unique breakfasts.
